Remote work and home-office activities that do not alter the residential character of the property are generally acceptable.

Business activities involving customer, client, patient, student, or commercial visitor traffic are not permitted.
Commercial signage, excessive deliveries, inventory storage beyond normal residential use, or activities that increase insurance risk are not permitted.
Ordinary residential services such as housekeeping, childcare, caregiving, landscaping, pool service, maintenance, and repair visits are permitted.
